I first became interested in massage in 1984 after a healing demonstration from my karate instructor. In 1988 I took a massage taster course at my local college and the rest as they say "is history". Almost 20 years later I am ITEC and NCT accredited and my passion for massage has led me to travel to worldwide.

My massage practice has brought all my interests together - my background in martial arts, a love of yoga, and a lifelong interest in natural health.

I continue to develop and refine my understanding of massage through private study of both Eastern and Western massage, and other health related subjects and am currently studying a degree in Dietetics.
